This Privacy Policy explains how Spate Initiative Limited ("School360", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects information when students, guardians, teachers, employees, administrators, or other authorized users use the School360 mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service").

School360 is an education management platform used by participating educational institutions. In many cases, the relevant institution provides or controls the user information available through the app. Users should also review any privacy notice issued by their institution.

We may need to verify the request and may retain information where required for legal, security, academic, accounting, or legitimate institutional purposes. Disabling or deleting an account may prevent access to the Service.

The app may link to or use services operated by third parties, such as payment gateways, websites, video services, or communication providers. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. School360 is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of independent third-party services.
